Zhejiang Ribon Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is the chairman unit of the Machinery Equipment Branch of the China Meat Association. It has the enterprise research institute and postdoctoral workstation, with strong technical research and development capabilities, advanced production equipment, scientific and complete production processes, inspection and testing processes.

● New Ribon factory
The total factory area of Ribon is 60000 sqm and the production area is 36000 sqm. We have assembly working stations for 60 PCs of 1700L-3500L vacuum tumblers and 30 PCs of 4-8 trolley smokehouses, which can be assembled at the same time.
In the year of 2023, we sold 350pcs of smokehouses, 600 vacuum tumblers, 60 sets of cutting and deboning lines, with 10 sets of slaughtering lines for customers project extension.

● Automatic Processing Machine:
Adopting advanced technology to improve product quality and competitive advantage, Ribon has advanced laser cutting machines and intelligent CNC bending machines, automatic pipeline welding of the steam pipes and smoke pipes of the smokehouses.

● Automated Manufacturing Capabilities:
Such as fully automatic welding of the lids and drum of the vacuum tumblers and the lathe is used to ensure its lid flange, collar, and main shaft flange are on the same horizontal line, to ensure stability during drum rotation and extend service life.

● Intelligent Management Platform and Systems:
The company warehouse area is around 8000 sqm, modernized management ERP and MES systems are adopted in daily management and traceable systems for all raw materials and parts.

● Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Process:
Such as an Ultrasonic thickness gauge, spectrometer, material analysis gun, hardness tester, hardness tester, anemometer, surface roughness tester, sound level tester, contact tachometer, multimeter, clamp-shaped meter, insulation resistance meter, torque detection wrench, etc.
