Zhejiang Ribon Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003 by Mr. Shi Ming and we specialize in the R&D and manufacturing of meat processing machinery.

As the professional enterprise of meat processing smokehouse, vacuum tumblers and cutting and deboning lines in China, we also export these solutions to the world since the year of 2003.

The technology and solutions have always been optimized and now Ribon's solutions are widely in use across the whole world.

What still remains is our insistence that our solutions must always be better worked out and better thought out, so that it can bring value and convenience to the production of our customers. We are conscious of our responsibility towards our customers and our environment. And we will constantly develop our systems further, to bring you better technologies and service.

R&D Center

The R&D center has a total of 60 people, including 45 engineering and technical personnel with undergraduate degrees or intermediate professional titles or above, accounting for 75.00% of the employees in the R&D institution. The company currently has more than 150 national invention patents, utility model patents, appearance patents, and 12 full rights. Software copyright, 6 products are the 1st drafting unit of industry standards, and 3 products are the 1st drafting unit of group standards.

It has passed ISO9001 standard management system certification. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national specialized special new small giant enterprise, and has provincial-level Enterprise research institute and provincial postdoctoral workstation.

Central Testing Center

Set up a central test center, including a full set of meat processing equipment, to provide customers with equipment operation experience, product process testing and other services.

2003

The R&D and design of the smokehouse and vacuum tumbler are completed.
2005

Hydraulic vacuum tumbler and chiller R&D design completed, strategic cooperation with RED ARROW USA begins to develop liquid smoking technology.
2007

Cutting and deboning lines complete research and development design;

Crate washers complete research and development design.
2008

Cooling vacuum tumbler completed R&D design.
2010

The whole set of conveying equipment with central controlling system completed R&D design.
2015

7500L hydraulic vacuum tumbler completed R&D design.
2017

Information technology completes research and development design.
2019

Smokehouse with automatic input & output of trolleys completed R&D design.
2022

Continuous smokehouse completed R&D and manufacturing.
