l Function and Working Principle
RGR-30VT Vacuum Tumbler is specially developed for small batch of meat of many kinds of livestock and poultry and technological test.
Under vacuum condition, raw meat will be kneaded, threshed and held by rotating paddle and that will accelerate the brine infiltration and the dissolving and extraction of parapeptone. By this method, the product ratio will be improved and cooking loss reduced. By tumbling, the time of preserving process will be shortened and meat quality improved.
It is very suitable for shambles, restaurant and laboratory.
