RYXJ central heating smokehouse is the new designed smokehouse with the functions of reddening, drying, cooking, smoking and baking. It is suitable for processing sausage, ham, beef, pork, mutton, poultry and fishery products.
Product Features1. Adopt central heat exchanger with around 72m2heat exchanging area. (Common 2-door, 4-trolleysmokehouse only has the heat exchanging area of 10.5 m2).
2.The central circulation fan - strong airflow circulation and stable air pressure.
3.Special-designed air duct in both side ensure the consistency of airflowdistribution.
4.Special-designed air damper to keep the productscolor and taste consistent and the air direction periodically changes.
5.Special-designed ceiling and active exhausting system increase the drying efficiency.
6.The ceiling can be disassembled, whichguaranteesthe average air distribution and easy cleaning and maintenance.
7.The perfect modular cleaning system has the great cleaning effect in every part of the smokehouse.
8.The PLC-based RYMP control system and PC-based RYPC control system together with the touch screen bring direct and easy controlling and operation for the whole program, and the technical parameters and the processing data can be monitored and recorded.

10. Adopt ARMSTRONG draining valve for faster and better condensed water collection and drainage. This kind of fast water draining can help shorten the process time and also increase the steam efficiency.
