RGR-HY, comparing with RGR-H, is more convenient in the loading and discharging process. It is designed for marinating and rotating the western sausage, ham, bacon, jerky, poultry and etc.
The two types of cooling solution are as an option.
Product Features1. Continuous vacuum function-vacuum rotation, breath rotation and atmosphere -pressure rotation.
The vacuum can be read from the vacuum gauge.
The Breath rotation has the advantage to shorten the rotation time and improve the production efficiency.
The vacuum gauge makes it simple to control the vacuum condition.
2.Speed can be adjusted from 2 to 12 rpm by the frequency transducer.(special:1-4rpm)Possible to choose the optimized production process to improve the efficiency. Save the energy cost Start stably to prevent the impact on the machine and prolong the machine' life. Different rotation speed sadjusted for special products such as poultry and fish.
3.Perfect loading and discharging Hydraulic lift and reverse rotation to discharge. Different loading and discharging devices will be applied for different products: vacuum suction cart or automatic loading devices. Attached the suction pipe.
4.Adopt PLC and touch screen. The reliable control system and the touch screen fully optimizes the easy operation, direct super vision.
This machine is with the waterproof and moisture-proof characteristic. The cycle: obverse cycle-pause-reverse cycle-pause… Flexible rotation mode.
The process is composed of 6 processes, every process has 2steps. Every step can be set with different time, speed, vacuum, and rotation direction for different process demands.
5.High sanitation design. The whole machine is made of high quality SUS304. The drum is polished carefully inside, no dead corner. The water can be drained fully at the discharging position.
6.Adopt water-sealing vacuum pump, the vacuum filter is equipped on the vacuum tubes, and high quality vacuum detector is adopted to ensure the vacuum reliability.
7.Adopt the V-shape paddle or blade-shape paddle inside the drum for different products.
8. The gear motor is directly connected to reduce the noise and improve the driving efficiency.
Optional Parts1.Loading system The special loading system can be used to load the big piece of meat, whole poultry and whole ducks, which may be too large to be sucked into the drum by the suction cart.
2.RRC-500 suction cart Capacity 500L, Movable, Connected with tumbler by a suction pipe. It is specially designed for loading the minced meat, meat/poultry/duck cuts.
