HOT AIR DRYER RHF

RHF hot air dryer is a set of new drying system for meat and fishery products.

Hot air dryer is different from the traditional dryer. It is comprised of the driving system,heating system, air circulation system, and air amount dynamic controlsystem, adjustable air returning system, exhausting system andcleaning system.

1. Controllable temperature and humidity.

2.Comparing with the traditional dryer, it shortens more drying time with better dried effect.

3.Directly use room as the dryer chamber to save the purchase cost, but the heat isolation materials should be used on the wall of the room to reserve the heat.

4.Adopt central heat exchanger with 32m2 exchanging area.

5.Adopt single central circulation fan to offer big airflow and stableair pressure.

6.Adopt special air duct in both sides to ensure the air consistency.

7.Adopt special air damper system to make the airflow periodically.

8.Adopt special controllable air returning system to keep the color and the taste ofproducts consistent

9.Adopt PLC and Touch screen controling system.

10. Adopt ARMSTRONG draining valve.
