Brief Introduction

RGR-250VT vacuum tumbler is developed for marinating and rotating ham, sausage, bacon, jerky, poultry etc.

By rotating, the time of the marinating process can be shortened and the meat quality is improved accordingly.

The classic structure of the machine makes the operation easy and convenient.

Product Features

1. The tank can be easily removed from the stainless steel supporting frame. The continuous cycle can be realized byequipping extra tanks. The vacuum system is separated from the machine.

2.The time relay controls the rotation. The working time, pausing time and the total working time can be set on the HMI through time relay.

3.Double speeds are for the standard configuration and the adjustable speeds controlled by the frequency transducerare optional.

4.Different paddle shape designsare for different products.

5.The machine is made of high quality stainless steel. The tank is polished carefully inside for easy cleaning.

6.The discharging can be accomplished by folding the front legs, and the drum will be inclined to discharge.

7.Air filter is equipped to protect the vacuum pump.
