    On November 8, 2018, Zhejiang Ruibang Intelligent Equipment Co., LTD. 's "Development of complete equipment for Intelligent Cattle Slaughter" project welcomed the acceptance of the expert group of Zhejiang Economic and Information Commission.

The project manager of our company made a detailed introduction to the project "Development of complete equipment for Intelligent Cattle slaughtering" at the meeting. This project involves multi-disciplinary technologies such as automation technology and Internet of Things technology in the cattle slaughtering industry. The slaughter capacity of this project is 30 cows per hour (the following figure shows the main process of cattle slaughter), which can realize automatic classification, automatic identification and automatic acid discharge classification of beef carcasses. The project has independent intellectual property rights, and the main key technologies have obtained 4 utility model patents.

The main key technologies of the project are:

1. Development and integration of slaughtering equipment for key nodes

1) Flipping slaughter box: hydraulic and PLC control, stable and reliable, maximum production capacity of 60 head/hour. (Patent No. ZL201621245669.8)

2) High-speed peeling machine: the maximum production capacity is 50 head/hour. It is equipped with electric stimulation and automatic unhook device, which can effectively ensure the quality of meat and ensure the smooth operation. (Patent No. ZL201620812704.3)

3) Track automatic distribution system between acid discharge: pneumatic transmission, low energy consumption, low maintenance cost, stable and reliable. (Patent No. ZL201620874535.6)

4) V type transfer conveying system: using ∧ type conveying automatic transfer method, high degree of automation, reduce labor intensity; Effectively ensure product quality and avoid cross contamination. (Patent No. ZL201720595392.X)

2. Intelligent MES control system

All kinds of slaughter line equipment to achieve intelligent control, to ensure the smooth operation of complete sets of equipment. MES can provide enterprises with management modules including data management, planning and scheduling management, production scheduling management, inventory management, quality management, human resource management, work center/equipment management, tool management, procurement management, cost management, project Kanban management, production process control, bottom data integration analysis, upper data integration and decomposition. Create a solid, reliable, comprehensive and feasible manufacturing collaborative management platform for enterprises. Make the enterprise production efficiency, slaughter rate and so on management statistics and analysis. It can realize data management, and the specific functions are:

Slaughter line efficiency;

Utilization rate between acid discharge;

Live cattle weight;

Carcass weight before acid discharge;

Weight after acid discharge;

The total weight of the carcass between acid discharge;

The number of carcasses in the acid room (calculate the utilization rate of the acid room);

On this basis, the acid discharge scheme is optimized. The slaughter process was further optimized.

3. The traceability system based on RFID further optimizes the slaughtering process.

Collect relevant information about the whole production process of slaughter line, including: animal information, quarantine to be slaughtered, slaughter registration, post-slaughter quarantine, carcass weighing and labeling, carcass grading, track allocation between acid discharge, tetrad weighing and labeling.

Animal information will be scanned by the ear tag number of the animal, input computer can be searched through the special website animal identity information. Before slaughter, cattle weighing and ear tags are input into the database of the central control system to generate the identification number and initial data of each cow at the slaughter line, thus completing slaughter registration.

Post-mortem quarantine: During the slaughtering process, veterinarians can accurately and timely control each key point of slaughter by checking the ear tag information: Since the control of slaughter line follows the principle of "first in, first out", the central control system can accurately calculate the online position of the cattle body and remind the operators/inspection and quarantine personnel to pay attention to the relevant situation at the required station. Eartags usually need to be kept for a period of time for future verification.

After the carcass is weighed, the data is automatically uploaded to the central control system and a label with the weight information is issued and affixed to the carcass at the weighing station. The grader then grades according to weight and carcass size, and uploals the grading data to a central control system. According to this information, the system can classify and sort the online carcasses according to the actual production needs and send them to different acid dumps or different acid dumps.
